Le'Veon Bell Should See An Increase In Snaps In Week 16
4 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Le'Veon Bell is expected to be the main man in the Chiefs backfield with rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (ankle, hip) expected to be sidelined in Week 16 versus the Atlanta Falcons. Bell looked good in Week 15 and rushed 15 times for 62 yards. He also caught his lone target for 14 yards. The Falcons have been good against the run this season and are only allowing 69 yards on the ground to opposing running backs, but they have given up 105 yards in two of their last three games on the ground. The Chiefs have a chance to put this game out of reach early, and that would allow Bell to have some run. Bell should be considered an RB2 with upside on Sunday. The same can be said for Week 17 with Edwards-Helaire likely out until the playoffs.
