4 years agoChicago White Sox closer Liam Hendriks recorded two strikeouts in a scoreless inning on Tuesday versus the Cleveland Indians. Hendriks entered the game with a 0-0 score and looked lights out. The White Sox big free agent acquisition had given up three runs in three outings prior to Tuesday, so tonight's performance was encouraging. Hendriks has been one of the top closers over the past few seasons and managers should remain confident having in their bullpen. He now has seven strikeouts and just one walk over 4 1/3 innings in four appearances this season.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
