Lions Defense A Weak Option Against Washington
2 years agoThe Detroit Lions defense/special teams came into the season as one of the worst-ranked units in fantasy football, and for good reason. The defense gave up 38 points against the Philadelphia Eagles and isn't attractive in any matchup. The Washington Commanders offense led by quarterback Carson Wentz looked fairly explosive in the season opener, so this game has the potential to be a sneaky shootout. With zero teams on a bye and all team defenses available, the Lions defense simply isn't even close to being a strong fantasy option moving forward.
