6 years agoThe Detroit Lions met with tight end Eric Ebron on Thursday to discuss his future. The team is open to dealing him and let him know that, while not supplying any guarantees that he will be on the team next year. The 2014 first-round draft pick has failed to live up to expectations in the Motor City and is owed $8.25 million beginning on March 14. The Lions would likely deal him before then, as a trade would be little more than salary cap relief for the team. Unless he catches on as a team's primary TE option, he has limited fantasy value.--patton
