7 years agoThe Detroit Lions traded up to select Auburn running back Kerryon Johnson with the No. 43 overall pick of the 2018 NFL draft on Friday. Johnson was the 2017 SEC Player of the Year with 1,585 yards from scrimmage and 20 total touchdowns. He has plus size and versatility and will add to Detroit's stable of running backs behind LeGarrette Blount. With Ameer Abdullah and Theo Riddick also still in town, it'll be tough for Johnson to carve out a significant role in his rookie season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
