Lions Sign Aldrick Rosas To The Practice Squad
2 years agoThe Detroit Lions signed former New York Giants kicker Aldrick Rosas to their practice squad on Thursday. Rosas will return to Detroit after he was cut in May. He'll serve as insurance for starting kicker Austin Seibert heading into the 2022 regular season. In five games with the Lions and New Orleans Saints last year, Rosas went 2-for-5 on his field-goal attempts while making all 14 of his extra-point tries. The 27-year old has made 79.1 percent of his 91 field-goal attempts in his five seasons in the NFL, going 109-for-117 on extra points. The kicking situation in Detroit should be ignored by fantasy managers.
