5 years agoTexas Rangers infielder Logan Forsythe made the start at first base while batting cleanup in manager Chris Woodward's lineup on Wednesday in Seattle. He responded with three singles and a run scored across five at-bats. The 32-year-old has been on fire since an early May injury, going 18-for-49 (.367) with seven doubles, a triple and eight RBI with 10 runs scored in 15 outings since May 11, raising his average from .276 to .309. He isn't quite worth using in mixed fantasy leagues, but he is back as a decent AL-only option.--Daniel Dobish
