3 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Logan Gilbert came one out away from delivering a quality start Saturday, but left the game having thrown 5 2/3 innings after allowing his second home run of the night. He allowed four runs on six hits and no walks with seven strikeouts. He was left with a no-decision after Kendall Graveman blew the save. Gilbert now has a 4.50 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, and 36 strikeouts in 34 innings across seven starts. He should be on fantasy rosters, as his numbers can be expected to improve as he gets more comfortable at the major-league level.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
