2 years agoWashington Commanders tight end Logan Thomas (knee) will play on Sunday versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 31-year-old had been questionable, so the update is positive news for fantasy managers. However, it's not good for John Bates or Cole Turner (hamstring), players who could have benefited without Thomas in the lineup. Nevertheless, Thomas is a hit-or-miss fantasy option in Week 1, so starting him in any format is risky, even with a favorable matchup on tap.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
