Lorenzo Cain Starting To Heat Up
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Lorenzo Cain went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, two walks, and a run in the 5-2 win over the Colorado Rockies. In Cain's last five games, he's rocking a .389 batting average with two RBI and three runs in that span. While Cain isn't necessarily the best power option, he's provided a very nice seven home runs on the season and is slashing .274/ .381/ .435 with 10 RBI, 20 runs and eight stolen bases. He will continue to be one of the league's best lead-off hitters providing large amounts of stolen bases and runs. Cain should be owned in all formats.
