5 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Lourdes Gurriel was 3-for-5 with a stolen base and a run scored during a 10-4 win over the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday. The 25-year-old has enjoyed a remarkable resurrection this season. Gurriel was batting .175 with no home runs through 40 at-bats in March and April. After he returned from Triple-A Buffalo on May 24, he is batting .322 with 16 HRs, 30 RBI, and four stolen bases. He has become a viable fantasy asset in all formats as the Jays' offense starts to come to life.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
