6 years agoChicago White Sox starter Lucas Giolito lasted just 1 1/3 innings during Tuesday's 8-3 loss to the Detroit Tigers. The 24-year-old was dinged up for five runs on four hits. He issued two walks and struck out three batters. This was an unfortunate result for Giolito, as he had pitched fantastic in his two previous starts. He still has an unflattering 5.85 ERA on the season, but he is heading into a two-start week which will see him take on the lowly Kansas City Royals and equally bad Baltimore Orioles. Fantasy managers that are feeling risky can take a flier on Giolito for the coming week.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
