3 years agoDetroit Red Wings left winger Lucas Raymond had just one shot on goal and one scoring chance against the Washington Capitals. On the bright side, Raymond did hold Alex Ovechkin to zero shots on goal. The problem is that Detroit needed some offense and Thursday night just was not the Red Wings' night. They barely mustered 21 shots and several opportunities seemed to be pipe dreams more than actual shots. Young rookies will have games like this as Raymond still has 14 points in 14 games on the season.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
