4 years agoMinnesota Twins second baseman Luis Arraez was placed on the 10-day injured list prior to Friday’s contest against Cleveland as he continues to battle tendinitis in his left knee. Arraez has been a solid bat in 2020, albeit one without much extra-base hit thump, having amassed just a .337 SLG in his first 30 games. His absence allows Marwin Gonzalez to hold down the keystone Friday, as he is likely to see the vast majority of reps there without Arraez available. With not much time remaining in the regular season, fantasy managers holding onto Arraez can look elsewhere for production over the final two-plus weeks.--Jesse Borek
