4 years agoMinnesota Twins utility Luis Arraez was the quintessential leadoff man in Sunday's 8-2 win over the Brewers. Arraez went 3-for-3 with two walks, a double, and a run scored. The 23-year-old seems to be taking to the leadoff spot well so far, as he has six hits and three walks compared to three strikeouts so far this season. Perhaps most impressive of all is the fact that Arraez saw 29 combined pitches in his five trips to the plate on Sunday, a statistic that will surely make manager Rocco Baldelli want to keep the former slotted into the number-one spot in the lineup. Arraez should be rostered in more leagues heading into a series with the Tigers, given his multi-positional eligibility and contributions in the batting average and runs scored categories.--Tim Capurso
