4 years agoMinnesota Twins utility Luis Arraez went 2-for-5 with an RBI single and a walk in a 6-5 loss to the Brewers on Opening Day. Arraez batted leadoff in a regular-season game for the first time in his young career and impressed immediately. The 23-year-old hit the ball hard all day, registering exit velocities of 90 MPH on all four of the balls he put in play, topping out at 100.5 MPH on his RBI single. Fantasy managers should be excited about the prospect of Arraez batting leadoff at times this season, as he'll get plenty of run-scoring chances in the mighty Twins' lineup if he can be an on-base maven the way he was on Thursday. Plus, there are potentially more at-bats on the way for Arraez if Josh Donaldson (hamstring) is forced to miss any time, as the former could play third.--Tim Capurso
