4 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Luis Castillo pitched well in a 6-3 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday. Castillo allowed just one run over 6 2/3 innings of work while striking out nine and walking three. It was another in a solid string of starts in the month of September for the hurler. Castillo has allowed just four earned runs in 28 2/3 innings in the month while striking out 33. Overall, he has a 4-5 record, 2.86 ERA,1.21 WHIP, and 85 strikeouts in 66 innings of work.
