3 years agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Luis Garcia (3-1) allowed five hits and two walks while striking out nine across five scoreless innings in Thursday's 5-0 win over Minnesota Twins. He picked up his third win of the season. The 25-year-old was efficient Thursday, throwing a season-high 95 pitches and landing 60 pitches for strikes. He owns a 2.94 ERA, 0.95 WHIP, and a 37:9 K: BB across 33 2/3 innings in 2022.
