3 years agoTampa Bay Rays pitcher Luis Patino (4-3) allowed one earned run on five hits and one walk while striking out five over 5 2/3 innings during Monday's 6-1 win over the Boston Red Sox. He earned his fifth win of the season. The 21-year-old limited the Red Sox to one run, and his lone mistake was surrendering a solo blast to Bobby Dalbec. Patino continues to be one of the Rays' more reliable starters and is up to 86 2/3 innings between the majors and Triple-A this season. Tampa Bay will manage his workload down the stretch, and the right-hander could receive more time off between outings. Patino owns a 4.24 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and a 58:22 K: BB over 57 1/3 innings in 2021.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
