4 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Luis Patino allowed just one walk while striking out three in 2 2/3 innings of work in Sunday's loss to the Blue Jays. Part of the Blake Snell trade this offseason, Patino made 11 appearances in his debut season last year, allowing 10 runs while striking out 21 in 17 1/3 innings of work. He's got quite a bit of upside with a career 29.4 percent strikeout rate in the minors, and he should be one of the more interesting pitcher prospects to watch this year.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
