Luis Robert Crushes Two-Run Home Run
4 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, two RBI and one walk versus the Seattle Mariners on Tuesday evening. Robert crushed a two-run long ball in the top of the fifth inning to give the White Sox a 5-3 lead at the time and it would turn out to be all the White Sox needed to secure their third victory of the season. Robert hit second Tuesday evening with Tim Anderson (hamstring) sidelined and outfielder Adam Eaton move into the top spot of the lineup. Robert is going to be helping managers across the board all season long, but a move to the number two spot would be ideal for Robert and allow him to score more runs and get more at-bats. Robert should be started everyday and is now hitting .292 with one home run, three RBI and one stolen base.
