Luis Robert Held Out Against D-Backs
2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert (wrist) is not in the starting lineup on Friday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Robert has been dealing with a sprained left wrist of late and will take the day off to rest up after having his wrist heavily wrapped after Thursday's contest. "It hurts a lot, every time I have a bad swing. Have to deal with it," Robert said. There's definitely a chance that the oft-injured outfielder will need a trip to the injured list, but fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now. Adam Engel will man center field on Friday and hit eighth against Diamondbacks left-hander Tommy Henry. Engel represents a low-upside DFS play who is hitting .233 (47-for-202) with only two home runs and 11 stolen bases in 93 games for the Pale Hose.
