3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert (groin) remains out of the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Kansas City Royals. Robert missed three straight games last weekend due to a minor groin strain, and the White Sox will play it safe with him and hold him out for a fourth straight contest. The good news is that he will be available off the bench, so he could return as soon as Wednesday. With Robert dinged up, the White Sox have used AJ Pollock, Adam Engel and Adam Haseley in center field. Engel will draw another start in center and hit eighth on Tuesday against Royals left-hander Daniel Lynch. He's hitting .208 (5-for-24) with no homers, no RBI and two steals in his first 12 games and will be an uninspiring low-cost DFS dart throw. UPDATE: General manager Rick Hahn expects Robert to play on Wednesday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
