Luis Robert Won't Play Saturday
2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert (wrist) isn't in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Detroit Tigers. Instead, AJ Pollock will take his place, leading off and patrolling center field. Robert exited Friday's game with a sprained wrist, and although it's not ideal to see him sitting out Saturday, the good news is that he hasn't been placed on the injured list yet. The 25-year-old has made his presence felt once again this season, slashing .301/.336/.454 with 12 homers, 56 RBI, 15 walks, 65 strikeouts, and 11 stolen bases. Fantasy managers should check back on his status Sunday morning.
