5 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Luis Severino (shoulder) increased his throwing to 105 feet on Tuesday and hopes to throw off a mound soon. Severino is targeting June 25 or June 26 to throw off a mound for the first time since his injury. The next steps will be to graduate to simulated games and rehab starts. The projected timeline for Severino's return is in July. If Severino is available, now is the time to pick him up, as it seems a return is around a month away. If healthy, Severino has ace potential immediately upon his return.--Walt Clark
