Getsy most recently spent his last three seasons in Green Bay, where he served as the quarterback coach and passing coordinator. He will play a pivotal role in the development of Justin Fields, the No. 11 pick of the 2021 NFL Draft, who finished last season with 1,870 yards, seven touchdowns, and 10 interceptions throughout 12 games.
