7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Luke Gregerson (hamstring) threw a successful bullpen session on Thursday. Gregerson missed most of spring training due to injuries to his oblique and his hamstring. His next step will be a minor league rehab assignment and if that goes well, he should be ready to join the Cardinals bullpen at some point next week. Gregerson's door to the ninth inning was slammed shut on Opening Day when St. Louis signed Greg Holland, but Gregerson should still be a useful reliever in holds leagues and may be waiting on the waiver wire.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
