3 years agoNew York Yankees first baseman Luke Voit (oblique) could return to the lineup next Tuesday. Voit said that his oblique and body both feel fine but that it's a matter of him getting more at-bats and getting his timing down. The slugging first baseman went 1-for-3 last Sunday at the Triple-A level and then 1-for-4 Tuesday at the Double-A level. He is slated to play nine innings in Wednesday's contest. Fantasy managers who drafted Voit have only gotten 12 healthy games out of him, but he is poised to be a factor for fantasy teams as they compete in the second half of the season.--Tim Capurso
