Mack Hollins The Favorite For No. 3 Job
2 years agoThe biggest news at Las Vegas Raiders training camp this summer has been wide receiver Mack Hollins seemingly winning the No. 3 receiver spot and the team releasing Demarcus Robinson. Hollins will still be well behind Davante Adams, Hunter Renfrow and tight end Darren Waller in the pecking order for targets from quarterback Derek Carr this year, but it's a notable development. The 28-year-old former fourth-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2017 hasn't had more than 16 receptions or 226 yards, which he produced in his rookie season, so fantasy managers shouldn't be expecting a ton unless injuries ahead of him put him in a more prominent role at some point. Hollins had a 14-223-4 line in 17 games (three starts) for the Miami Dolphins in 2021.
