5 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Madison Bumgarner allowed three earned runs, six hits and two walks with five strikeouts over six innings in a non-decision against the New York Mets on Tuesday. He served up two homers, and also hit a batter, but he was able to limit the damage. The bullpen did a great job, working four scoreless innings between Sam Dyson, Tony Watson, Mark Melancon and Derek Holland, allowing just four hits with no walks and four strikeouts to give Frisco a rare road win. MadBum is back on the bump Sunday against Walker Buehler and the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers.--Daniel Dobish
