4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mallex Smith is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Angels. The 27-year-old has started slowly at the plate to begin the season, with just one hit in his first 15 plate appearances. Tim Lopes will start in right field and hit fifth against left-hander Andrew Heaney.
