6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop/third baseman Manny Machado's September woes continued in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Rockies, as he went 0-for-4. Machado has been an absolute stud for most of the season but has cooled off in September, hitting just .246 with two home runs and eight RBI in 75 plate appearances. While these numbers aren't terrible, they are subpar for what Machado has shown throughout the season. Fantasy owners probably just have to stick with their guy at this point in the season, as his upside is too great to leave on the bench for the end of the fantasy playoffs.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
