3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers catcher Manny Pina went 3-for-5 with two home runs and five RBI during Thursday's win over the Pirates. Pina took Chris Stratton deep with a 396-foot shot in the sixth inning and swatted his second of the night in the eighth. He now has seven long balls this season while recording his first hits since his last homer on July 7 against the Mets. Although Pina's lack of production is partly due to limited playing time as the team's backup catcher, a .156/.273/.367 slash line isn't doing him any favors.--James Stokke
