3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers catcher Manny Pina (oblique) has been placed on the 10-day injured list, retroactive August 29. Hopefully, Pina won't miss much time, but he has been horrendous at the plate anyway. He is slashing .181/.285/.389 with nine homers across 172 plate appearances. Pina is normally a reliable backup catcher, but won't provide fantasy value in any fantasy format. The Brewers don't need his bat and he probably won't play much over the next month or so.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
