6 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Manuel Margot went 3-for-4 with a home run, double and two RBI in Wednesday’s rout of the Seattle Mariners. Margot’s season sits at a disappointing .253/.297/.390 with seven homers and 10 steals in 19 attempts but he’s shown flashes of promise, including a recent run of eight knocks in his last 16 at-bats. The 23-year-old has undoubtedly made a poor impression on fantasy owners this season but a strong finish is possible for the former prospect. With a little more consistency, Margot would give his dynasty owners reason for hope next year.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
