6 years agoDespite being only 6-for-13 in stolen base attempts this season, San Diego Padres outfielder Manuel Margot will keep getting the green light, says manager Andy Green. Because of his raw speed and work ethic, the Padres want to maintain Margot's in-game aggressiveness even as he works on his mechanics. Margot's 2018 campaign has been a disappointment overall but he enjoyed a great June, batting .309 with 10 extra-base hits. He was 0-for-4 on the basepaths. Margot's green light to run at will buoys his fantasy value. Assuming he becomes more efficient as the season progresses, he could emerge as a reliable speed option with runs upside atop the Padres lineup.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
