3 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Marco Gonzales earned his second win of the year Tuesday, throwing five innings of two-run ball against the Colorado Rockies. Gonzales was living dangerously, allowing six hits and three walks while striking out three, but he was able to avoid giving up many big hits with both runs coming on only a Connor Joe home run. Gonzales now has a 2-5 record for the season with a 5.60 ERA, 1.49 WHIP, and 52 strikeouts in 61 2/3 innings. He's on the roster bubble in deeper leagues, and can be dropped in shallow formats.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
