6 years agoSeattle Mariners starter Marco Gonzales (8-5) will go for his ninth win of the season Thursday night against the Angels. The left-hander bounced back from a couple rough outings in his last start by hurling a one-run, complete-game six-hitter against the Royals last Friday. Gonzales has been a pleasant surprise and a stabilizing force in the Mariners rotation but has been bit by the home run bug recently (four allowed in his last 21 1/3 innings). But Gonzales will take the ball at Safeco Field sporting a 3-1 record with a 3.06 ERA in eight starts pitching at home. Gonzales will garner some fantasy appeal in DFS lineups for Thursday's slate of games.--Joey C - RotoBaller
