3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders quarterback Marcus Mariota (leg) is "questionable" to play in Saturday's preseason opener against the visiting Seattle Seahawks. Mariota was conspicuously absent from training camp over the past week, with coach Jon Gruden revealing on Friday the backup QB is suffering from a sore leg. The former Heisman Trophy winner has said he wants to work his way back to having a starting role on a team, but an absence from preseason play could hurt those chances. The Honolulu, Hawaii native only played one game in his first campaign with the Raiders, throwing for 226 yards with one touchdown and rushing 88 yards in Week 15 when Derek Carr was sidelined.--Chelena Goldman
