4 years agoToronto Blue Jays second baseman Marcus Semien had a terrific day at the plate on Saturday, crushing two home runs in the team's 10-7 comeback win over the Orioles. He got the offense on the board with a leadoff bomb in the first, and then followed that up with another solo shot in the eighth for his 18th dinger of the campaign. Semien finished the day going 2-for-4 with a walk, three runs scored, and three RBI to push his season-long totals to 50 R and 42 RBI as the everyday leadoff man. The 30-year-old is putting together an outstanding season for the Jays and managers should expect more of the same the rest of the way.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
