4 years agoToronto Blue Jays middle infielder Marcus Semien tormented his former team on Thursday, going 4-for-6 at the plate in the team's 10-4 win. He returned to the leadoff spot in this contest as he clubbed his seventh homer and scored three runs in the series finale from Oakland. After starting the season as the team's leadoff hitter he was demoted to sixth in the lineup for a 10-game stretch, but with George Springer back on the IL he could reclaim the spot for the time being. Semien is now riding a six-game hit streak and should continue to put up a sturdy power/speed floor in his first season in Toronto.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
