3 years agoTexas Rangers second baseman Marcus Semien has only two hits in his first 22 at-bats with the Rangers in his first season with the team through the first five games. Semien has led off in two of the five games against left-handed pitchers, while hitting second in the order behind outfielder Brad Miller in the other three games against righties. The 31-year-old may not be able to replicate his monster season with the Toronto Blue Jays in 2021 when he hit .265/.334/.538 with a career-high 45 home runs, 102 RBI, 115 runs scored and 15 stolen bases in 162 games, but he should get going eventually for fantasy managers in his new home.
