7 years agoToronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Marcus Stroman (finger) played catch late last week and will continue his throwing program through this week. Stroman allowed five earned runs on six hits in just four innings in a loss to the Yankees on Aug. 17 before landing on the disabled list. The right-hander could be back soon if he doesn't have any setbacks. Stroman has been up and down and has dealt with injuries this year. He also doesn't strike out many batters, but he can be useful in deep mixed leagues down the stretch in the right matchups if he's healthy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
