5 years agoToronto Blue Jays starter Marcus Stroman has been traded to the New York Mets pending exchange of medical information, according to Jon Morosi. The deal does not include starting pitcher Noah Syndergaard, who is also rumored to be dealt by Wednesday. Stroman's name was floating around in trade rumors for months and many suitors were interested, but the Mets won the sweepstakes and acquired the 28-year-old, who has posted a 2.96 ERA over 124 2/3 innings in 2019. Stroman's fantasy value doesn't drastically change as the Mets have fallen out of the Wild Card race in recent weeks.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
