Mariners Excited About Kyle Lewis
3 years agoSeattle Mariners general manager Jerry Dipoto said the team is very excited about outfielder Kyle Lewis heading into the 2022 season. In his third year in the big leagues with Seattle in 2021, Lewis managed to play in only 36 games due to an injury. In those 36 games, he hit .246/.333/.392 with five home runs and 11 RBI in 147 plate appearances. The 2020 American League Rookie of the Year appears to be fully healthy heading into spring training . Where Lewis fits in the team's lineup this year will depend on what the Mariners do in free agency before the start of the season. Fantasy managers will want to keep a close eye on how Lewis looks once spring training games get underway.
