6 years agoCalgary Flames defenseman Mark Giordano will be back in the lineup on Wednesday against Philadelphia after missing the previous two games with a suspension. The Flames captain was forced to sit out after kneeing Minnesota's Mikko Koivu. He produced a couple of superb performances right before getting suspended, collecting five points in two games. Giordano has 29 points in 29 games overall for the season. He's the fifth-highest scoring defenseman in the league, and Giordano has done especially well in front of home crowd, recording 19 points in 14 games. --Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
