Mark Reynolds Explodes for 10 RBI in Monster Game against Marlins
6 years agoWashington Nationals first baseman Mark Reynolds had arguably the greatest game of his career against the Marlins on Saturday, going five-for-five with two home runs, three runs scored and 10 RBI. He's the first person since Scooter Gennett in 2017 and just the 17th player overall to record 10 RBI in a game. Reynolds is now hitting .292 with 10 home runs and 24 RBI on the season. Reynolds was a player no one wanted all offseason, but he arguably had the best offensive game of the year thus far. He's earned some more starts at first with his performance and is worth a pickup in deeper leagues.
