3 years agoWinnipeg Jets forwards Mark Scheifele and Paul Stastny weren't able to complete Saturday's 2-0 loss to the Islanders. Scheifele got hurt from a hit by Adam Pelech and Stastny was injured from a shot that hit his foot. Winnipeg is expected to provide an update on them at the start of next week. Scheifele has missed a lot of action already this season due to COVID-19 and has skated in just five games, producing three assists with a minus-three rating. Stastny, who had scored in back-to-back games prior to Saturday, has so far featured in every game, racking up eight points in 11 outings.
