6 years agoWinnipeg Jets center Mark Scheifele posted two goals, two assists and a plus-three rating with a blocked shot over 25:55 of ice time in Monday's 5-4 overtime victory against the St. Louis Blues. He sliced the lead in half in the first period with a power-play goal, and that seemed to get the Jets offense jump-started after falling behind 2-0 early. He factored in on all but one of the team's goals in the overtime victory, including a helper on defenseman Jacob Trouba's winner. It should be another high-scoring affair when the Toronto Maple Leafs come calling on Wednesday night.--Daniel Dobish
