7 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Mark Trumbo (quadriceps) will play rehab games at Triple-A Norfolk on Friday and Saturday. Trumbo could be activated from the disabled list and be back with the Orioles as early as Tuesday if everything goes well. He missed most of spring training and has not played for the big league club this season. Trumbo brings a lot of power to the plate but does not offer much more than that to fantasy owners. He's worth owning in deeper leagues and some standard leagues if you need a power bat.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
